The Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is the principal financial services regulator in the Eastern Caribbean. The FSA is responsible for the licensing, supervision, regulation, and monitoring of financial services providers under the Financial Services Authority Act.

The FSA oversees a comprehensive regulatory framework covering international business companies, investment services, banking, and insurance. All licensed entities must comply with strict anti-money laundering (AML), combating the financing of terrorism (CFT), and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

By accessing or using PipProFx (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PipProFx Ltd.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use PipProFx. By creating an account, you confirm that:

You must create an account to access trading services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. PipProFx reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Each person may only hold one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or referral programs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

PipProFx provides binary options trading on a range of instruments including forex pairs, cryptocurrencies, stocks, commodities, and synthetic volatility indices. All trades are subject to the terms in effect at the time of placement.

Trade outcomes are final and non-reversible once placed. Payout rates displayed at the time of trade placement are the rates applicable to that trade. PipProFx reserves the right to adjust payout rates at any time without prior notice.

Minimum deposit is $10 (approximately KES 1,300 via M-Pesa). Deposits are subject to admin review and may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. PipProFx accepts M-Pesa, USDT (TRC20 network), and card payments.

Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts and up to 48 hours for unverified accounts. Minimum withdrawal amount is $5 for trading profits. Withdrawal to M-Pesa requires a prior M-Pesa deposit to register the number.

PipProFx reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing withdrawals. Withdrawals to unverified accounts may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks.

PipProFx operates a referral commission program. When a trader you refer places losing trades, you earn 35% of the net losses as commission. Referral commissions are credited daily. Minimum referral withdrawal is $500. Commissions are forfeited if referral activity is found to be fraudulent or manipulated.

PipProFx offers investment plans with interest rates ranging from 26% to 130% depending on the plan period (7, 14, 30, or 90 days). Investment plans are subject to availability and minimum investment of $50. Interest is calculated and credited upon plan maturity. Past returns are not a guarantee of future performance.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

PipProFx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited in your account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using PipProFx, you consent to our collection and use of your data for account management, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

PipProFx reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
